Join Zoë Carlon in conversation with curator Zoe Watson in The Tetley’s City Workshop and live streamed online.

Through informal discussion, readings and sharing, they will explore the research and ideas that inform Zoë’s practice and how this has developed during Tetley’s Associate Artists’ Programme.

This event coincides with Zoë’s open studio at The Tetley. Discover the artist’s recent works, preparatory drawings and research. Open 10am–5pm daily between Wednesday 2 – Sunday 6 February.

About the artist

Zoë Carlon’s paintings draw inspiration from spaces that are both public and private. She is interested in spaces that create a sense of solitude and works from both observation and memory, exploring surface, depth, figuration and abstraction. Zoë lives and works in Wakefield. Her solo exhibition Strange Comfort opens at South Parade, London on 4 December 2021.
